Bay to Bay Properties was founded by Certified General Contractors Joe Faw and Jerome Ciliento to creatively deliver residential construction and remodeling solutions. Joe Faw, M.B.A. General Partner
Joe’s business background has helped Bay to Bay develop systems and processes that are unique in the construction industry. Joe is responsible for overall company operations, construction financing and client relations. Joe co-founded Bay to Bay in 2003. Joe is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor.

Joe is a graduate of the University of San Diego and received his MBA from the University of Tampa.

Jerome Ciliento, General Partner
Jerome is responsible for overall supplier and sub-contractor management. Jerome is responsible for: contract administration, preliminary design ideas, estimating, field operations, sub-contractor/supplier selection, purchase orders and project supervision. Jerome co-founded Bay to Bay in 2003. Jerome is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor.

Jerome attended the University of Florida, M.E Rinker School of Building Construction.
